It’s basically dark British Wes Anderson does twisted Bonnie and Clyde. It’s fucking funny, and there’s good music and it’s a legitimately original story... except for the Bonnie and Clyde bits I guess.

Oh and it’s not really about the end of the world or anything. It’s about a psycho kid who courts a girl so he can kill her and the girl who courts the psycho kid so she can escape her terrible existence. And they connect, oddly. It’s good.

Maybe I should watch the end of the fucking world afterall. I definitely saw it around
