What about Clipse? Have they been mentioned yet. This is some of the very little rap I can listen to almost regularly. Lord Willin' has some of the best beats I've ever heard. Like "Grindin" and "Virginia"

i don't see the appeal of clipse, i thought they sounded like chingy and every other commercial shitty rapper.

i would say that dj premier and the bomb squad have better production track records than the rza

dude, chingy? you must not have been listenin to the same clipse cuz theyre lyrics are extremly obtuse and extremly dark and extremly dark meditations on street/crime life, chingy just talks about bein a baller or whatever over some shitty stock beats. not to mention the neptunes have laid their dopest beats down for clipse. and clipse aint commercial as far as hip hop is concerned, they dont sell millions.

I've been a hip hop head as of late, Dre kicks Deez Nutz. Just Blaze is one of my favorites right now. I listed many of my favorites in another rap thread not too long ago, and don't feel like listing them again. Batreleaser sems to know his stuff, and I saw Clipse live. Their lyrics are hot and probably the only rappers I can hear saying "cockle-doodle-doo mothafucka" and sound scary at the same time.
