I smell a birthday gift.

greenlight 04.10.2006 09:21 AM

small town supersound...wondering how many copies will be available and if somebody of merchandisers in europe will bother to order it to their shops (it's time for me to get a visa specially for buying stuff of the internet and ask postman do not leave stuff in front of my door, just like that, as in case of psychic hearts)

very good show!

this is "mmm mmm" better than campbell's soup.

Moshe 05.25.2006 03:40 PM

The cd is being manufactured these days and should be released by the end of the summer.

finding nobody 05.25.2006 06:22 PM

Moshe 05.31.2006 02:38 AM

The Original Silence

...the most intense aural assault since Coltrane started up on the junk.

I know there's a bootleg of rome show, I saw them in reggio emilia (where the approach was more "free(scenic)-jazz" and less loud due to the fact that thurston wasn't that hyper and massimo "zu" was very protagonist<--he's a great bassist.)
is it a live recording or a studio thing?

where there dates also in the us? mith massimo as well? wow, I'm glad for him.

whorefrost 05.31.2006 05:42 AM

sounds cool... smalltownsupersound put out Hidros 3 which I saw in HMV of all places so it shouldn't be too hard to obtain in europe... they also put out weapons of ass destruction which i got from amazon.co.uk

It is a live recording from one of the gigs in Italy last year.

if it's anything like thurston's college girls gone wild, i dont think i'll be picking this up

whorefrost 07.27.2006 03:06 PM

the line up suggests it will sit somewhere alongside dream aktion unit or discaholics anonymous style action as opposed to college girls gone wild which seemed to me to be more tentative, free-folk style improv (based on a few short online clips i've seen)

This sounds really good. I like how Jim will team up with Thurston again. I wish Jim had participated on Rather Ripped. It would have been a hell of a lot better.

Awesome pics, too.

Then it's already out there & many people here have it...just like as was the case with SYR 6. I was wondering when Moshe posted the jpeg if it was the same live one because the tour poster looks exactly like that. I was hoping for a studio album. Oh well, it is dimension-twistin' -- that I will attest to:
