Is my new favourite Sonic Nurse song. Which means I have grown up. Or something. Meaning that it shares a riff with Billy Joel's You May Be Right. Discuss. :)

I love the song. I think it's probably my favorite (or atleast in my top 3 fav) sonic nurse song.

It's brilliant, in every sense of the word... Glimmering and sharply intelligent... Crafted with a real love for the song... Brilliant, I say...

Um, Kegmama, your signature needs revising. Try "Girls, not England, invented punk." If you say "Girls invented punk--not England," you imply that there was some confusion over who, girls or boys, had invented England.

Kegmama, whether you know it or not, Kenning just had a huge chuckle at your expense.

Definitely one of the better songs on Sonic Nurse. I really love this song and all the weird imagery it has in its lyrics. If only Rather Ripped could have shared more in common with Nurse and this song imparticularly, it would have been a much better album.

It was more of wheaze than a chuckle--word up!

Most of Thurtson's lyrics are ridiculous. 75% of the time it's just beatnik nonsense, but it adds that silly-mystery to all his songs.

ridiculous yes, not always in a bad way.
"Oh mother Africa awake your son" though... goodness me. I do like this song very much it should be said. For a while there Nurse was my favourite album in the universe.
