anybody still not have the code?
 

i pre-ordered yesterday both the cd and vinyl, got confirmation of sale from pay pal, and no code

sent an email to matador, no responce yet

who else has had problems

exactly the same here
that's why i create so many topics :d

well, those are quickly turning into review threads

and any troubleshooting advice can get overlooked

Hopefully the problem will be solved post-haste. I had a problem with my account, but it because my browser screwed up the create password field and left it blank, then the Matador people sent me a password in day or two.

Hi guys -

First, did you order directly from Matador, or from a third-party source like Insound?

Second, if directly from Matador, did you use a credit card directly, or did you pay via PayPal? We've been having a bit of a bug with the lattter - will be resolved very shortly for future charges, but the email with codes didn't go out automatically for the initial batch of PayPal orders. We're sending those out manually now.

For those of you in the second group, you should be receiving your codes in the next 15 minutes. If you don't, please email Dean Bein: dean@matadordirect.com

i had a shudder when i looked at choosing credit card or pay pal, and now i know why, argh i should have trusted my first instinct

All I did was type in my email login and the password I picked when I ordered the album....I used a credit card.

patrick, patience isn't a word than can be used during a leak day ;)
