On the Kavanaugh vote:
Expect the Senate to begin the confirmation vote between 3:45 and 4:00 pm et.
Senate clerk will verbally call the roll of all 100 senators alphabetically.
Senators will rise from their desks and vote yea or nay.
If any demonstrations in the public gallery of the Senate chamber when the vote begins, the Sergeant at Arms will remove those protesters immediately.
Anticipation on the final vote tally barring any absences (besides Daines) or surprises......50 yeas, 48 nays with one senator voting present. Daines is NOT counted in the vote tally because you can only vote yes, nor or present.
