you might wanna try switching (gradually) to tea, or at least partially

i forget what ww2 movie it is where one of the characters says all the coffee drinkers have been defeated and only the tea drinkers (england, china, russia?) are still holding up

you can actually buy theanine extract to treat anxiety i believe

for my adhd coffee is a boon but i am not everyone

i do measure in daily gram ingestion and time doses like medicine though
