2 reasons i guess
1. it helps push along a heavy meal
2. it's a mixer (like "club soda") and so always handy to dilute things without altering
i mean usually i just squeeze a fucking lemon in it
but some really taste good. i like the flavors of san pellegrino and gerolsteiner. i can't explain why. maybe it's the salts. some waters even have lithium, serious business (i dont like the lithium waters)
