Most of them have instructions too, but you'd have to find the score for those.
The Tenney example is all you get, I think.
The Cage has instructions that are important and there are parts for each player, not just one. The numbers mean something - my library has this one. I don't remember what the numbers mean though.
With the Oliveros, you probably just move along the lines while improvising.
+ - works similarly, but I don't know exactly how.
Basically, they're all just instructions or guidelines for improvisation.
