When I was younger I ran with Crown Royal, Wild Turkey 101 proof, Jim Beam black, Jack Daniels, Gentleman Jack. Far as scotch goes Disgruntled has a good list, I might add Isle of Jura, Oban and Glenfiddich. Bourbon wise I've had just about all the top mid and low end stuff, I mean I live in KY the birthplace of bourbon. My recommendations far as bourbon would be: Bookers, Blanton's,Four Roses small batch, Knob Creek,Makers,Bulleit, Old Forrester, Kentucky Tavern, the ;list going from high end to low end.

Right now my drink of choice is bourbon (specifically Bulleit) poured over the rocks, add some tonic and a lime, truly a spring and summer classic.
