here's something to look out for in the new year. This is the Three Lobed bandcamp newsletter from a few days ago, highlighted the best part in RED:

Thanks to everyone who made 2021 a fulfilling year on the label side of things. If you listened, purchased or told friends about any of these titles, a most sincere *thanks*. Here's a quick reminder of our 2021 titles in their order of release (we have stock in hand on everything but for the B/D/H LPs):

Sunburned Hand of The Man - Pick A Day to Die (LP, digital) - threelobed.bandcamp.com/album/pick-a-day-to-die

Daniel Bachman - Axacan (2xLP, CD, digital) - threelobed.bandcamp.com/album/axacan

Six Organs of Admittance - The Veiled Sea (LP, digital, enamel pin) - threelobed.bandcamp.com/album/the-veiled-sea

Pelt - Reticence/Resistance (LP, digital) - threelobed.bandcamp.com/album/reticence-resistance

Body/Dilloway/Head - self-titled (LP, digital) - threelobed.bandcamp.com/album/body-dilloway-head

These albums are all massive and powerful in their own way, long-timers ready to run a long race. These also represent 5 of the 7 titles in our 20th anniversary series (the first being 2020's "Soundkeeper" by the Gunn-Truscinski Duo and the final one being a LP from Sonic Youth early in 2022), all welcome additions to the TLR discography.

We're all fried in some capacity or another these days - everyone's been through a lot. The various TLR activities have been a personal outlet for me to truly help avoid burnout and isolation during the entirety of the pandemic. The intense release schedule (new stuff, represses, working on upcoming stuff) running headfirst into the insanity of pressing plant issues these days (timing, availability of materials, etc.) created a situation where this one-man operation had been starting to hit the wall a little bit lately. Our legs are back under us now but thanks for understanding the little lag we have had in communication and label social media stuff here of late.

Here's to a great 2022!

Cory/TLR

edit:
oh well, this was already mentioned on the first page
(but the link in the first post is dead)
