I think the new album is different from Louden Up Now. Louden Up Now had a certain "unity", I mean all tracks were in the same style, with massive bass lines, groovy singing. On Myth Takes, on the contrary, they tried more things, more psychedelic (Myth Takes, Break In Case Of Anything), disco-like singing sometimes (Heart of Hearts), etc. I even find that beginning harmonics of A New Name sounds like the one in Shadow of a Doubt.
Well, I love both as much. The first one is not as good, but he still have great songs, it's too a great record.
I saw them live twice, and they're even better than on studio, they're just awesome, especially Nic Offer, everywhere on stage at the same time.
