NOTES:
A bearded Lee did endorsements for both the Fernandes Sustainer models: Native Pro and Vertigo Pro. Lee had them add a Jazzmaster style vibrato to both guitars, and he used the Vertigo on the 1999 tour (referring to it as a 'Fernandes Jazzmaster'). It was stolen in July 1999.
A smashed version was auctioned in October 2018 on Reverb.
