NOTES

  • First single from "Goo".
  • First 3000 European copies of Goo LP came w/ freebie 7" containing the 8-track demo of "Kool Thing" & and interview w/ the band (same as on "Sonic Youth Interview Soundsheet").
  • Sources say the release date for the single was September 1990, but I don't quite buy it -- the video was released June 4th, 1990...
  • Two different pressings of the European 7" exist:

    - 'Made in UK': slight matte finish to sleeve, run-out groove is "GEF-81-A"/"GEF-81-B"
    - 'Made in Germany': glossy finish, extra line of text on back, re-arranged text on label, and run-out: "R/S Aldorf 543 919671-7-A"/"R/S Alsdorf 543 919671-7-B"

    CD/12" variations may also exist.

  • A cassette version also exists! It has "Kool Thing" and "Thats All I Know" on side A, presumably it contains the other 2 songs on side B...
