  • Originally performed by The Untouchables, a band that includes Alex MacKaye, brother of Ian MacKaye, who plays on Youth Against Fascism.
  • The band figured this would make a better b-side but Butch Vig convinced the band to include it on the album. Thurston apparently wasn't satisfied with the way he sang.
  • A more proper vocal take on the song can be found on a bootleg titled "How Can You Want Me?", which features an October '92 Dirty show.
  • During Sonic Youth's tour with the Boredoms in October '92, this song and No Part II (see TV SHIT) were sometimes played as encores w/ the Boredoms joining in.
  • The LP version was recorded in late '91 at SY's Hoboken rehearsal space.
