I've got Begotten on my computer but haven't watched it yet, looks like one of the creepiest movies ever... NIGHTMARES !
The synopsis is fucking self-explanatory: "God disembowels himself with a straight razor. The spirit-like Mother Earth emerges, venturing into a bleak, barren landscape. Twitching and cowering, the Son Of Earth is set upon by faceless cannibals."

It is awesome. I admit that it does get kind of boring at some parts (as it's basically a silent film) but it's still wonderfully disturbing.
